Rates:

  • Single Room: $890

  • Double Room: $750 per person

  • Triple Room: Available for groups of three friends (Double rate applies)

✂️ What’s Happening:

Join us for a relaxing, all-inclusive hand appliqué retreat! Work on your current project, or start something new. We welcome all stitching levels. An optional group project may also be offered.

  • Ironing stations & cutting tables

🍽️ Meals:

Please notify us of any dietary needs in advance. I cannot guarantee the chef will serve a gluten free option.

  • Breakfast – 8:00 AM

  • Lunch – 12:00 PM

  • Dinner – 6:00 PM

🛏️ Accommodations:

Choose between a single or shared room, based on availability. Every room features a handmade quilt to make you feel right at home.
Note: This is a non-smoking facility. Pets are not permitted.

How to Register:

  1. Send an email to [email protected] to request registration.

  2. A non-refundable deposit of $250 is required at sign-up to hold your spot.

  3. The remaining balance is due by March 1, 2027.

👉🏻 Please note that anyone wishing to attend and stay on site must be a registered guest. No exceptions!

🔒 Refund & Cancellation Policy:

  • Refunds: This retreat is non-refundable, but you may transfer your registration to another person. All transfers must be requested in writing via email at [email protected].

  • Cancellations: If we must cancel due to circumstances beyond our control (such as a government shutdown), we will notify participants at least 4 weeks prior to the event. In that case, refunds will be issued.
